Currently, the share redemption program is oversubscribed, with $12.6 million available to repurchase shares in 2017 and a $14.3 million backlog. Mackenzie is currently offering $8.26 per Share of KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT. Unfortunately, this would be a significant loss for investors.
