Bryan C. Lightsey Fails to Appear at FINRA Hearing

According to The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Bryan C. Lightsey, has been permanently barred from the securities industry for failure to appear at a hearing looking into his conduct.

According to reports, a former broker in Boca Raton, Fla., Bryan C. Lightsey, was reportedly terminated by AXA Advisors in 2016 after seven years with the firm for what AXA said were “material misrepresentations on multiple customer variable annuity applications.”

According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, he then was registered with International Assets Advisory from March 2016 until August 29, 2016. Lightsey is no longer registered with any FINRA member firm.

Lightsey began his securities career at Variable Annuity Marketing Company in 2001 and moved later that year to AIG Retirement Advisors, where he remained until 2008.
