The company was formerly known as Eco Waste Conversion Solutions Corporation and changed its name to ECO Integrated Technologies, Inc. in December, 2014. ECO Integrated Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in 2013 and is based in Irvine, California.

According to recent SEC administrative order, ECO Integrated Technologies, Inc. is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission. The company has not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2015, which reported a net loss of over $4.57 million for the prior nine months.
