According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the regulator has barred Florida financial advisor Stephen Allen Murray from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity.
Murray reportedly failed to request termination of his suspension within three months of the date of the Notice of Suspension; therefore, he is automatically barred from the securities industry.
According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Murray has 7 customer complaints on his record. Allegations include churning, unauthorized trading, negligence and unsuitable investment recommendations among others. Murray was a registered representative with Raymond James & Associates in Palm Beach Gardens, FL from February 2013 until February 2018.
Failure to Supervise
