According to SEC Filings on November 5, Everest RET Investors I LLC, a private real estate investment firm, has extended a third party tender offer to purchase shares of Corporate Property Associates 18 – Global Inc. for $6.20 per share.
The offer, to purchase up to 1.6 million shares of common stock, expires on December 20, 2018.
The REIT has a current estimated net asset value per share of $8.57 as of March 31, 2018. The Everest offering price of $6.20 per share is 14 percent lower than the REIT’s estimated NAV per share. Shares of the publicly registered non-traded REIT were originally sold for $10.00 each.
