According to public disclosures on FINRA’s website, Craig L. Siegel was reportedly suspended from the securities industry indefinitely after he allegedly failed to provide information in FINRA’s investigation.

According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Siegel was reportedly affiliated with Portfolio Advisors Alliance in New York, NY from June 2013 until August 2018. As of the date of this writing, he reportedly is not currently registered as a broker, according to his broker profile.

He purportedly has 3 pending customer complaints reported on his broker record since 2016. Allegations include “excessive trading, churning, unsuitable transactions, failure to supervise,” among others.

Siegel reportedly has one settled customer complaint from 2016 alleging, “Churning; unsuitability; breach of fiduciary duty; federal securities fraud; engaging in non-authorized trades; common law fraud; negligent supervision.”  The damage amount requested was reportedly $235,000 and the case settled for $20,000, according to his broker report.
