According to public disclosures on FINRA’s website, the regulator has barred Randolph Eddlemon as of March 22, 2018, after he reportedly failed to request termination of his suspension within three months of the date of the Notice of Suspension.

According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Eddlemon was reportedly affiliated with Geneos Wealth Management in Scottsdale, AZ from 2005 until 2017 when he was allegedly discharged for “Inappropriate and unauthorized use of client information.”

Eddlemon’s broker record indicates 3 customer complaints have purportedly been filed against him since 2017. Allegations include unsuitable investments with regards to variable annuities, among others.
