According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Weinrich was reportedly affiliated with Moloney Securities in Overland Park, KS from 1999 until 2018. According to his broker report, he allegedly filed for personal bankruptcy in 2017.

His broker record indicates 3 customer complaints have allegedly been filed against him, two are settled and one is reportedly still pending.  The one still pending is purportedly a civil lawsuit (Civil Action No. 1816-CV30713) filed in Jackson County, MO on December 4, 2018.  This claim reportedly alleges “fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, failure to disclose risks in two investments made in 2012 and 2013.”

According to his broker report, the alleged unsuitable investments were in oil and gas and venture capital. The damage amount requested is reportedly $225,000.00.
