According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Labine was reportedly affiliated with Newbridge Securities in Scottsdale, Arizona from 2010 until 2016. He reportedly has 6 regulatory events, 3 judgement/liens and 2 employment separations on his broker profile as of today’s date.

Labine also reportedly has 25 customer complaints filed against him during his career in the securities industry. Allegations include unsuitable investments, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty, and excessive commissions, among others.
