Ellen Vratoric – Huntington Investment Co. – Glassport, PA
According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on June 1, the regulator has barred former broker Ellen Vratoric from the securities industry for allegedly failing to take part in two hearings looking into customer complaints regarding a variable annuity exchange.
Vratoric’s FINRA BrokerCheck report states that she was registered with The Huntington Investment Co. in Glassport, PA from March 2008 until she was discharged in March 2016.
The firm alleges that Vratoric had “an increased number of customer complaints and also during a routine branch review, a compliance specialist discovered a document integrity issue related to a variable annuity purchase. The document in question is 1035 paperwork. The signature page on the document was undated, there appeared to be use of white out and the signature page appeared to be re-used.”
For FINRA’s full findings see FINRA case number 2016049420501.
