According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the regulator has reportedly barred financial advisor Jack D. Stone from working in the securities industry after he allegedly refused to appear for testimony in connection with an investigation into his alleged securities activities while at his member firm, including “possible misrepresentations to customers, use of discretion, and unauthorized transactions”.

According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Stone was reportedly affiliated with Forest Securities in Hillside, IL from April 2012 until August 2019. Prior to that, he was a registered representative with the now-defunct Birkelbach Investment Securities in Chicago from 2003 until 2012.

He currently has 3 customer complaints listed on his broker report, one of which is still pending. Allegations include “churning, unauthorized trading, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty.”
